After a brief hiatus we are BACK! Wine Concierge's Annual Dim Sum and Wine pairing celebration in Chinatown is always a great time.
We start off with a brief walk through Chinatown and then we return to gather at the restaurant. Our gracious host, Dim Sum Go Go, ensconces us away on the 2nd floor of this lovely modern Chinese restaurant in the heart of Chinatown and we just go in. Following a presentation introducing you to the wines that will be paired with the dishes and a discussion about the Lunar New Year cycle, there is simply good food, good wine and good laughs. Those who have attended in the past can tell you, you never know what could happen during the "Then Some" portion of the event. (Past events have included clothing being shed; karaoke; and always more to drink).
