Wine Concierge's Annual Dim Sum and Wine Pairing celebration in Chinatown is back & Furrier than ever!
This cross-cultural celebration is always a great time and this year is going to be ridiculous.
Just like last year we'll start off with a tour through Chinatown before returning to gather at the restaurant. But this year is going to be insane because I am going to drag you right into the heart of the lion as we join in the fun with the Chinatown parade! That's why we are starting earlier than usual. I was hesitant to ask you all to take on this intense challenge, but then I thought...They can handle it! More on that later on the FB event page.
Once again, our gracious host, Dim Sum Go Go, will ensconce us away on the 2nd floor of this lovely modern restaurant in the heart of Chinatown where we will relax & enjoy a few snack before the meal. Following a presentation introducing you to the wines that will be paired with the dishes and a discussion about the Lunar New Year cycle, there is simply good food, good wine and good laughs. Those who have attended in the past can tell you, you never know what could happen during the "Then Sum" portion of the event that takes place after 6pm. (Past "Then Sum" events have included clothing being shed; karaoke; and always more to drink).
